Sitter in Alicante

Hello, I’m Marina😊 For the last few years. I’ve been living in Alicante, Spain. I’m an online English teacher. I’m a non-smoker/drinker and live a quiet lifestyle. I lived 2 years with family which had large dog and small dog, and I also dog-sat for rescue dogs the owner brought home. On top of that, friends often trusted me with their dogs when they travelled — so I’ve cared for many dogs with very different personalities, sizes, and routines. I’m comfortable looking after multiple dogs at once and keeping everyone calm, safe, and happy together. Besides my experience with dogs, I lived with my cat for 20 years, so I understand very well the needs, character, and daily care of cats 🐈.

I truly love dogs and cats — I’m genuinely happiest when there are around me💗. Caring for them feels natural to me: walks, feeding, playtime, and simply being calm company. Ever since childhood I’ve had a dream to open a hotel/shelter for stray animals, but because I’m still figuring out how sustainable that business could be 😄, house- and pet-sitting feels like the perfect way to do what I love most and be helpful at the same time.
