Sitter in Warsaw
Hi! I'm George, a lifelong animal lover with over 16 years of hands-on experience caring for senior dogs, cats, and rescues. I currently live in Lebanon with my two cats and my 16-year-old rescue dog Bella, who’s been with me since she was a pup. I’ve lived in Poland, Ukraine, Nepal, and Jordan—and animals have always been part of my home. I’m also a former volunteer at Animals Lebanon, and I previously cared for another 15-year-old rescue. As a 5-star Airbnb guest, I understand the importance of trust, reliability, and communication—qualities I bring to every pet-sitting job. I’ll make sure your furry friends feel safe, loved, and right at home!
Meet Bella — the queen of naps and the ultimate heart-stealer! I rescued Bella as a tiny puppy 16 years ago, and she’s been running (well… slowly strolling) the show ever since. She’s a proud mixed breed, but we’re pretty sure there’s some husky in there — just ask her when she howls for dinner! Bella might be a senior now, but she still lives her best life every day — sniffing every corner, supervising all meals, and making sure the humans stick to her schedule. She’s a professional treat taster, a world-class cuddle expert, and a firm believer that every sunny spot on the floor is a personal spa. Living with Bella has been the greatest adventure — she reminds me daily that age is just a number, naps are sacred, and there’s no such thing as too many ear rubs. Meet Shiba — the original golden-hearted girl Shiba was my very first dog, and the one who started my lifelong love story with animals. I rescued her in 2004. She was a gorgeous mixed breed, clearly showing her golden retriever side in both looks and her sweet, gentle spirit. When Shiba came to us, she surprised us all — she was pregnant! She went on to deliver six beautiful puppies (she absolutely nailed motherhood), and after we found good homes for her pups, we had her spayed so she could enjoy a carefree life. Shiba stayed by my side for around 13 wonderful years (we never knew her exact age), filling our lives with unconditional love, loyal companionship, and plenty of fur on the furniture. She passed away naturally, leaving behind a legacy of joy and kindness that still lives on in my heart today. Shiba taught me patience, empathy, and how to truly bond with an animal. She was more than a pet — she was family and my first real teacher in animal care. Meet Sisi — the unexpected queen Sisi showed up at our door about four years ago, and it was love at first sight — especially with Bella, my dog. They quickly became best friends, sharing sunny spots, secret snacks, and plenty of nose boops. Sisi is a beautiful domestic shorthair with striking point markings and a personality as bright as her eyes. She’s fiercely independent yet loves a good cuddle session when the mood is right. From a surprise guest to a full-fledged family member, Sisi has made herself right at home — supervising everything, greeting visitors like a true hostess, and adding her own purr-fect charm to our lives. Sisi reminds us daily that sometimes the best family members are the ones who choose us.

Because it’s a win–win. I love animals deeply—I’ve spent over 16 years living with and caring for rescues, including my current senior dog and two cats. Pet sitting allows me to offer that same loving care to others' pets while they’re away, and it genuinely brings me joy and purpose. At the same time, I’m a passionate traveler who’s lived in several countries over the past 13 years. House sitting is a beautiful way to experience new places like a local, while helping others feel confident their home and pets are safe and well looked after.
